We were greeted, upon entering the kitchen, with a bottle of sparkling apple cider and several Hershey kisses in each glass :-) What a welcome! We didn't get to meet the owners, but can tell they take care of their property. It was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved seeing so many stars at night! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away from it all! No cell service or internet, but we didn't care. There were some DVD's there and we ended up watching the "Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage" video series. We thoroughly enjoyed that and felt as if we were on a Couple's Retreat. I planned this trip as a surprise for my husband for our 15th anniversary. He LOVED it! Thank you for providing such a nice get a way!
I took my elderly mom on a trip to visit family and found this wonderful cabin. The booking process was hassle free. It was a pleasure to meet Roseanna. What a peaceful environment! Waking up with a view of cattle in the pasture just steps away from our cabin. Plenty of quiet time and beautiful walks through the hemlock forest. I would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone wanting to get away from it all. Book early for the autum
