The Mountain Laurel Cabin is a quiet one-bedroom vacation home in a secluded spot with a sweeping mountain view. This traditional-style log home sits on a steep slope with a large, level parking space and a grassy lawn surrounded by tall trees. The interior is warm and inviting with honey-colored wood paneling and a spacious, open-concept living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dinnerware and cookware, as well as a small dining room table and chairs.
The living room is comfortable and old-fashioned, with thematic fabric sofas, heavy timber accent tables and a real, wood-burning fireplace in a stone hearth. This cozy mountain cabin is ideal for two adults but can accommodate up to four guests for families with children. Mountain Laurel is stocked with clean linens and towels. Guests also have access to a full-sized washer and dryer, a Jacuzzi tub, and a balcony-level deck with an outdoor dining area and grill, wooden rockers and an open-air hot tub — all with an excellent view.
Sleeping arrangements: This Tennessee rental cabin features one private bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Additional overnight guests can convert the living area sleeper sofa into a second queen-sized bed.
Bear Tracks Cabins are uniquely placed to offer the best of everything Tennessee has to offer — from private, wooded lots with plenty of privacy and wilderness views, to scenic trails and natural features at the national parks and bustling city scenes just a short drive away. This secluded cabin makes the most of its quiet, mountain-top vantage point with a wide balcony spanning the length of the house on the side facing the Smoky Mountains.
Guests will want to spend as much time as possible out-of-doors, and Mountain Laurel Cabin offers the perfect "relaxation" tools to do just that — with traditional rocking chairs, a grill, a two-person table and, of course, a large hot tub, guests can enjoy the view at any time of the day.
This mountain view home is ideally situated between the popular tourist destinations of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tennessee, where guests will find a colorful variety of restaurants, attractions and entertainments. Guests can embark on guided tours of the state’s abundant natural treasures — everything from kayaking daytrips and whitewater rafting to cave explorations and mountain vineyards. Guests can also choose from an exciting range of outdoor activities, including hiking and biking, swimming, boating and tubing, downhill skiing and rock-climbing.
Enjoy one-of-a-kind sights at the local zoo or botanical gardens or spend an easy afternoon at one of a dozen public parks. In the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, visitors can indulge in excellent freshwater fishing, outlet shopping or golf. Families will love organized recreation opportunities such as mini golf, theme parks and waterparks. Couples can find endless options for date night between the unique restaurants and bars, local museums and live theater and music. And of course, there’s nothing wrong with just taking a scenic drive through the countryside.

We had a great time. The cabin was as shown and very comfortable. Everything very clean. Nice views and secluded back deck with hot tub and gas grill. Sam S., Jan. 11, 2018
It was a bit of a "rocky" road to get to the top (road not paved a lot of the way uphill) but once we got there the view was great. Cabin was nice but know bathroom is around the corner from the bedroom so not accessible from bedroom. Hot tub on back porch is made for two but very nice. Mattress on bed is covered in some kind of plastic & not especially comfortable. Luckily, we brought a large blanket to put on the bed to lessen the noise of the plastic. Has nice functional fireplace & washer/dryer is a plus for those staying longer. Overall, nice cabin as location is right between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Ray K., Dec. 29, 2017
It was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and welcoming. Made our honeymoon stay amazing! Thank y'all! Skyler H., Nov. 6, 2017
We had a great time. The cabin was very comfortable and even came face to face with a black bear right outside the cabin! It was an amazing experience! We will definitely go back! The only thing we missed was not having an outside grill. Debi P., July 12, 2017
