My daughter and I booked the cabin for three nights and we will definitely book again in the future. Everything is brand new and spotless. My daughter was THRILLED with the game room upstairs. Some good memories were made on the air hockey table! I particularly loved the rocking chairs in the screened porch, as well as the charcoal grill and the picnic table on the back deck. The only thing lacking were salt and pepper shakers and sugar packets for coffee. Be sure to bring those with your other assorted sundries and you will have a fabulous stay! We loved it. It was nice and peaceful and a beautiful cabin. Reviewed on 11 Feb 2019.*5 stars
Perfect location to discover the smokies... minutes away from all attractions. The home is cozy with beautiful views. The only thing is the beds, which were not that comfortable... beside that, we had a great time... Thank you and we will definitely come back.... Reviewed on 03 Dec 2018.*5 stars
We loved this cabin so much! Just a few things to mention though. If you are looking for high speed internet the wifi is horrible. It is clearly a relax with not a lot of social media interaction cabin. The highlight was the BEARS! We were greeted our first day with five beautiful bears. Ofcourse it was scary when they opened our car doors that we had left unlocked, and started to crawl in the car. Luckily no damage but I suggest doors are kept locked and follow all bear rules because they are definitely around. The staff at Jackson Mountain Homes are WONDERFUL! We did have a great vacation and will always book with you guys like we have for years. Reviewed on 04 Jun 2018.*5 stars
We absolutely loved our stay at A Walk in the Clouds! We loved the location, ability to use our cellphones, a short drive to center of town or grocery store, and our "native residents," the bears, whom we saw every day, sometimes more than once. Since we are regular visitors to Gatlinburg, we are aware of keeping our distance from them and definitely not feeding them. We loved that the living areas of the cabin were all downstairs, with game room upstairs. We were happy to bring our dog and found many restaurants and shops that are also pet-friendly. We will definitely stay with Jackson Mountain Homes next year! Reviewed on 25 May 2018.*5 stars
Cabin was clean and cozy. Perfect for our family of four. Had family fun in game room upstairs and loved soaking in the hot tub after our hike in the smokey mountains. Great location - close to town and park. Reviewed on 18 Apr 2018.*5 stars
