Emperor’s View is a two-bedroom mountain home with a terraced deck leading to a beautiful, wraparound balcony — the view from the upper level is out of this world! This home is open, modern and spacious, with a light, calming color scheme, luxurious carpets and tall skylights that fill the rooms with a cheerful natural glow.
The main story features a great room with two cream leather sofas, a large flat-screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace. Connecting to the sitting area by an open L-shaped floorplan is the dining room, with a sculptural glass-and-stone table set for four, and a full kitchen, equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils and appliances.
Sleeping arrangements: Both bedrooms at Emperor’s View serve as a master suite with king-sized beds, in-room whirlpool tubs, gas fireplaces and private-access bathrooms.
Unique Features
Emperor’s View boasts a number of unique guest amenities, including two indoor whirlpool tubs, a pool table, an outdoor hot tub, a two-level deck (with lounge furniture, an outdoor table and dining chairs), a wraparound balcony with a clear view of Mt. LeConte, and a total of four fireplaces — one wood-burning, three gas-powered. There is also a lower-level recreation room with a pool table and a wet bar.

This mountain getaway is located just minutes away from the Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge and Amusement Park, where visitors can indulge their adventurous side with downhill skiing, a wildlife experience, a bird’s eye tour from the Aerial Tramway, or a bone-rattling ride on the famous Mountain Coaster.
This Tennessee family rental home is also conveniently located near the South Baden Clubhouse, which guests can frequent during their stay for exercise and recreation in the tennis courts and indoor pool. Downtown Gatlinburg is a whirlwind of attractions, unique local shopping and great restaurants, offering everything from cavern tours, ziplining and whitewater rafting to mini golf, horseback riding and a huge collection of odd museums. I always enjoy my experience with Chalet Village... We have stayed with then many times! Very easy and friendly service! We stayed at the Emperor’s View Cabin and it was wonderful. There were only a few suggestions... It would be great to have a mini fridge in the downstairs level by the bar area, a mop would be helpful, and the pool table could use some repair on the rails.
