The condo is kept very neat and like new at all times. In just an 8-year-old building, the condo is very clean and spacious for maximum comfort of all guests. We are proud of our well-kept vacation rentals and do our best to maintain them. The affordability matched with a quality experience makes for a wonderful vacation in Pigeon Forge.
Pigeon Forge is loaded with fun things to do in addition to relaxing at the condo. You can’t miss Dollywood; a theme park owned by entertainer Dolly Parton and a top destination for vacationers everywhere. The park is made up of a water park and theme park for days of fun. The Titanic Museum is another great opportunity to learn about history while exploring the relics of the sunken ship.
The Parrot Mountain and Gardens are another must see during your stay at the Colonial Crest Condo. Interacting with the birds in the beautiful gardens is a fun afternoon you cannot miss. Other attractions in the area include the Hollywood Wax Entertainment Center, Fun Stop Family Action Park and cruises with the Tennessee Riverboat Company.

We spent four very enjoyable nights at this unit. This unit was more than we expected. It was clean and well supplied. We loved the layout of the unit. Everything was so handy. Very clean, everything was nice. Housekeeping also brought extra sheets and pillow cases by right after we arrived. Nice having the kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time. Cathy C.
