This spacious vacation home has tons of privacy and sits on top of a hill overlooking Pigeon Forge parkway. Enjoy the clean inground heated swimming pool and 4 person hot tub. Relax on the patio and take in the view. Inside on the main level is the fully equipped kitchen. Also on the main level is the dining area, living room with a natural gas fireplace, and family room with a half bathroom. On the lower level is the office and two twin beds. The upper level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (2.5 bathrooms total). Plenty of room for up to 8 guests.
The fenced in yard is a plus if you bring pets. Perfect destination for a family/friend get-away! Our Pigeon Forge Rental is a few miles away from the Great Smoky Mountains.
4ft to 9ft walls surround the back patio making it very private. For outdoor entertainment we have a patio table with six chairs and chaise lunges right next to the pool. Also in the upstairs master bathroom is a spa tub and balcony where you can see the parkway. Even at night, the views are stunning. The back patio has an awesome view of the big Ferris Wheel lit up.
Years ago, this home belonged to the second richest person in the area behind Dolly Parton. This property is found on a dead end street in an exclusive neighborhood. Over 3000 square feet and unique decor & art pieces throughout.
The Pigeon Forge Rental comes with a charcoal grill. Our guests love the private heated pool. The pool is open from late April to late September and heated with a natural gas heater. Enjoy the refreshing water and soak up the sun. The hot tub is open year-round! Keep your eyes open for wildlife that surround the property.
Nearby attractions include Dollywood (theme park), Titanic Museum, The Outdoor Gravity Park, over 800 miles of hiking trails in the Smokies, horseback riding, miniature golf, go-karting, flyaway indoor skydiving, and zip lining. More than 300 stores and outlets in the Pigeon Forge area. The Pigeon River Crossings is an outlet with more than 80 stores where you can find good deals on clothing, shoes, and more. Also check out the Incredible Christmas Place (celebrating christmas year-round): Nativity scenes, christmas ornaments, designer trees, fudge, etc. Winter activities: snowmobiling, cross country skiing, etc. Pigeon Forge, TN offers many things to do year-round.

Jim and Ellen are absolutely wonderful to work with! Very friendly and helpful. My family stayed 5 nights at this amazing Pigeon Forge property. Perfect location overlooking the parkway and The Island. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable for the entire family. Honestly, we spent the majority of our time out on the patio, which was huge. Pet friendly was a major factor for me and the fenced in yard was a plus. My family loved this property so much that we reserved the house already for a week for next Summer's vacation. Wonderful home, so relaxing and peaceful.we stayed ten days and we didn't want to leave .Ellen and Jim is very nice to rent from and helpful.We had everything we needed at the home and we had a blast in the pool , the hot tub was great..Everything about this rental was awsome not too mention the views and location are the best.
