There are three bedrooms, each with King sized beds and accompanying bathrooms, and each bedroom is on its own floor of the lodge, ensuring both togetherness and solitude in equal measures. If you’ve filled the bedrooms and still have friends to spare, no worries; both the living room’s sleeper sofa and the downstairs couch will comfortably sleep two, so bring the whole group.
It’s hard to say what you’ll love the most about Around the Bend (until you get here, that is). Some guests adore the rental’s two decks, which wouldn’t be complete without rocking chairs or an extra-large outdoor hot tub for al fresco soaks in an atmosphere of complete peace.
Some guests love the game room, which comes complete with a billiard table and huge flatscreen TV. And if you’re enchanted by the sounds of a merrily crackling fire, you’ll be happy to know this charming lodge boasts not one but two fireplaces.
Once you’ve explored the lodge itself, Around the Bend has even more in store when you step off property. As a part of the Black Bear Falls Log Home Community, guests can enjoy the community’s two heated pools — one for adults, and one just for kids.
If your wanderlust takes you even further afield, you can and should explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, located not fifteen minutes away from the vacation rental. No matter how you choose to get around the park, the Smokies are a must see when in Tennessee! For those with children, or who are young at heart, you’re also not too far from Dollywood itself, aptly described as “The Center of Fun in the Smokies” and situated in nearby Pigeon Forge. Dolly herself has been known to drop by Dollywood and her famous Stampede, so this one’s a win for music lovers and thrill ride enthusiasts alike!
