The inside of Chalet of Dreams is just as picturesque as the views on the outside due to the abundance of windows that lights the wooded construction of the home. The house in its entirety from walls to ceilings to furniture is constructed from wood giving the property the charm of any authentic mountain chalet. The accommodations come with a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, tableware, and gadgets one may need to prepare any home cooked meal. Overlooking the breakfast bar is a comfortable dining table that can seat six and double as a game night meeting place for a game of cards or monopoly.
Moving into the great room, guests can unwind among the plush couches and seating for a night cap around the fireplace or a movie and a bowl of popcorn with it being only steps from the kitchens any snacks or drinks will be at the tips of your fingers. The grand windows span the length of the house and can be seen even from the upstairs with the high ceilings and endless natural light; this cozy cabin can even feel as luxurious as a tropical resort.
The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and is furnished with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, sitting area around a private fireplace, with its own jetted tub to complete the romantic ambiance. The second bedroom is on the main floor with its own king size bed and designated bathroom ensuring no one draws the short stick for sleeping accommodations. If additional space is needed, the couch in the great room can unfold into a queen size bed ensuring tons of flexibility for any group.
A mountain cabin must-have is a spacious wrap-around deck offering splendid views of the mountains, and this chalet comes with that and wooden Adirondack chairs and rocking seats under the covered porch.
On the opposite side of the deck vacationers can unwind in the hot tub looking out at stars from the privacy of their rental. If the weather is not perfect for sitting outside, after dinner visitors can head upstairs to play a game of pool and with the abundance of windows you can still marvel at the sunset and views from the comfort of inside.
Given how much there is to do just minutes from the property we can not imagine that you will idling too long indoors. In Pigeon Forge, country music lovers won’t want to miss Dollywood, a theme park and music hub designed by the one and only Dolly Parton. In Gatlinburg, be sure to check out Ripley's aquarium or the Guinness World Records Museum. In the winter months the area offers snowshoeing trails, ice skating, snowboarding, and skiing. In the summer head over to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking, fishing, rafting, or horseback riding all within a short drive of your accommodations at Chalet of Dreams.
