This sprawling vacation home has plenty of room to accommodate all of your guests, whether it's a family getaway or reunion of friends.

The first thing you notice as you approach your home for the weekend is the deck that runs the length of the lodge, as well as a 2nd level balcony, ensuring you'll have plenty of room to spread out, both inside the home, and out.

Upon entering, you immediately enter a rustic dream, complete with wood floors and frontier accents. The main living room holds 2 large sofas and a plush armchair that sits nearby to a cozy fireplace, making it a perfect place for movie night or board games. On the other side of the front entrance, you'll be captivated by the spacious kitchen and dining area. Even if you are not a world class chef, you'll want to take advantage of this beautiful space to create a scrumptious pancake breakfast or use the outdoor grill to fry up a fresh-caught trout dinner. Plus, this fully stocked kitchen is complete with a dishwasher so clean up is a breeze!

This Tennessee lodge sleeps 12 individuals without ever feeling cramped, partly thanks to the five bathrooms. If you are the lucky one to snag the main suite, you'll be blown away by the luxurious accommodations. Snuggle into the king bed and enjoy a late night movie on the wide flat screen. This bedroom also has a private balcony, making a great place to enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The adjoining bathroom is just as luxurious with a glass-sided walk-in shower. If that suite is taken, no worries, as the other bedrooms are just as cozy. The second and third bedrooms also feature a king size bed and in-room TV, with the 2nd bedroom having access to the main deck and private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Bringing the kids for the weekend? They will enjoy having their own space in the 4th bedroom, which features a queen-size bunk bed and a comfortable couch with a flat screen TV for their favorite cartoons.

Unique Features

This rental has almost too many amazing features to mention, ranging from practical amenities such as covered parking spaces and washer and dryer to more luxurious touches such as fireplaces and a deck hot tub. The property also comes with Wi-Fi so you can be as connected- or disconnected- as you choose.

One of the most standout features is the fully loaded rec room in the downstairs of this Tennessee cottage. Challenge your housemates to a game of pool or try your hand at one of the multiplayer arcade games. There is also a mini kitchen, making it the perfect place for a snack filled game night.

In the summer, relax to your heart's content on the picturesque deck, complete with Adirondack chairs and outdoor fans. If that wasn't enough, enjoy the view from the on deck hot-tub, the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking or experiencing the many attractions of Pigeon Forge
Your vacation rental is ideally located minutes from either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, guaranteeing that when you’re not enjoying the many comforts of your weekend getaway home, you will have plenty to explore and experience.

Things To Do

If you are eager to breathe in as much mountain air as possible, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is where you will want to spend your time. There are miles and miles of hiking and horseback trails to wander as well as plenty of fishable streams that hold innumerable trout, just waiting to be caught.

Even if the great, wild outdoors is your preference, you will want to spend at least a day in Pigeon Forge proper. With Pigeon Forge's claim to fame being the hometown of country legend, Dolly Parton, it’s no surprise that the amusement park of Dollywood is the biggest attraction in the area. It’s much more than just roller coasters and waterslides, however. This massive attraction includes features such as the Southern Gospel Music museum, live musical performances and the lively Stampede Dinner Theatre.

Off the Dollywood grounds there are still many other unique attractions and venues to explore. Check-out some of the unique museums, such as the Titanic Museum, and the Alcatraz East Crime Museum. Looking for something new? Visit the Outdoor Gravity Park for another unique experience: zorbing. Climb inside your own giant, inflatable ball and sprint down one of the steep courses. It's guaranteed to result in a few laughs and many memories.

If you prefer something a little more laidback, wander the beautiful and unique Parrot Gardens, home to hundreds of tropical birds and plants, or take in a round of mini golf at the Pigeon Forge mini golf course. Pigeon Forge also offers a host of unique, hands-on experiences, such as Iron Mountain Metal Craft, where you can attend workshops and events on black-and-blade-smithing.

All of this activity is sure to make you hungry so make sure you fuel up with some of the scrumptious local fare. Stop in at Mama’s Farmhouse for a good old fashioned Southern breakfast of biscuits and gravy or pop into Sawyer’s for a decadent stack of pancakes. If you manage to burn off your breakfast in time for lunch, stop in at Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que before grabbing dessert at the local ice cream stop, Curl de la Crème. As you continue your day’s adventure, it’s not unreasonable to think that cooking supper sounds unenjoyable. Make a supper a breeze by ending the day with some good old fashioned comfort food and a slice of pecan pie at The Old Mill, or grab a craft beer and a slice of pizza at Smoky Mountain Brewery.
No matter what you choose, the local cuisine is sure to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.
