Mountain Estate by Asun Vacations in eastern Tennessee offers luxury accommodations for up to 19 guests in Sevierville. This majestic mountain vacation rental sits on a private lot at 2400 feet, inside the Millers Creek community on the face of Cove Mountain in the Wears Valley.

From its lofty vantage point, this 4200-square-foot vacation home enjoys an unobstructed view over the treetops. Enjoy the stunning scenery from the Estate’s furnished two-story wraparound deck, or from the full wall of windows that fills the home’s interior spaces with natural light.

The ground floor features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar, a formal dining room, and a huge living area with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a plush sectional sofa. This cabin’s six bedrooms include three king-sized master suites.

The lower level includes a bunk room/teen hideaway with an HDTV, a gaming system, an antique arcade console, a foosball table, a pool table, and a wet bar with a refrigerator — not to mention a home theater room and a walk-out screen porch with an oversized hot tub.

Unique Features

Mountain Estate rentals include the use of a fourth detached master suite. This smaller cabin is on the property and includes a king-sized bed, a full bath, a kitchenette, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, and a private balcony with a view.

The cabin’s outdoor spaces are furnished with old-fashioned rocking chairs, a picnic table, a gas grill, a children’s play area and swing set, and a fire pit.

Things To Do

Our Mountain Estate is just minutes away from Pigeon Forge, but still secluded enough to hear the sounds of nature on your own private, wooded mountain lot.

This large-group cabin rental is located near the Foothills Parkway on Wears Valley Road. Aptly named the “prettiest drive in America” this area is wonderful for scenic drives, especially in fall.

If you love the outdoors, Mountain Estate is surrounded by great opportunities to get out in the fresh air. Favorite activities include downhill skiing, hiking and biking, boating and tubing.

While you’re here, you’ll also want to set aside some time to see some of eastern Tennessee’s one-of-a-kind attractions such as Dollywood, the Alpine Coaster, and the national park.

With its convenient location between Sevierville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, this cabin is close to hundreds of restaurants and local shops. Ask during booking for recommendations!

Reviews

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful cabin over Thanksgiving. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking a Thanksgiving meal. The view is breathtaking. We will be back. Thanks to the owners who made our trip a memorable time for our family. The only thing we missed was not having bonfires, due to the fire ban, so guess we will have to return soon.
It was our first time as a family to stay in a cabin. Our first time in Tennessee, the cabin is beautiful and clean, it's incredible. We as a family had the time of our life there, we plan to go back but this time for a longer stay to enjoy the cabin and our stay there. When we go back we would like to stay at this cabin. We did bonfires every night and told stories and just the enjoyment as a family was memorable.
We had a wonderful time staying at Mountain Estate. I can't say enough good things about it. The view of the mountains was absolutely amazing!!! WOW!!!! As soon as we got there we sat on the deck for a couple of hours and just marveled at the beauty. Although there were neighbors close by, the setting felt very, very secluded. It was the best cabin we had ever stayed in and plan to return next year. There were 10 of us (five senior citizen couples!) having our annual family reunion, so we really appreciated the 5 bedrooms, each with its own bath/shower. The sixth bedroom with several double and single bunk beds would have been wonderful for the grandchildren, which we might consider bringing next time, although the quiet was nice! The porch on the lower level was so cozy and comfortable. While we didn't get a chance to use the outdoor fire pit or the Theater Room, they were both very cozy and inviting. We also enjoyed the open kitchen/family room area and dining area (with seating for 14!), all with the spectacular mountain view!! There was plenty of parking for the 5 cars and enough room for another 5 or more! The drive into Pigeon Forge was about 9 miles but very scenic and easy to navigate! We want to thank the owners for doing a great job keeping this home in such great shape and for sharing this special property with us and others. We loved it!
This house and cabin exceeded our expectations. We brought everything, but the kitchen sink with us, but needed very little, because everything was already there. We all had fun in the game room from me, who is 52 to my 10 year old nephew. We had smokers with us, but they did not have a problem going out to the porch and taking in the beautiful view. In fact besides sightseeing in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, the porch is where most everyone spent their time. We were there for a family reunion and needed to make things to eat. Everything we needed was there. I highly recommend this beautiful house and cabin to anyone who wants to visit Pigeon Forge and/or Gatlinburg, but don't want to stay downtown. It is a short drive to both places. The view from the porch is from a postcard, absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be visiting this area again and plan on staying here again. We also had people with disabilities. There are a lot of steps, but from the driveway, there is only a couple to the main floor, which there is a bedroom located there, or to the cabin. Everything was very accommodating. I do not recommend anyone with a wheelchair though. He had 12 people with us and there was more than enough room. In fact my nephew never did sleep in his bunk bed, he slept on the couch the whole time and enjoyed it very much. The owner came right when we were leaving and checked to make sure everything was up to standard. She was very thoughtful and caring. And for my deposit, it was given back to me in just a couple days. I highly recommend this establishment to all and we will definitely be back!
We spent a weekend at this gorgeous cabin to celebrate our family reunion. All of us really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. This cabin has all the amenities you can think of, including a fire pit, playground and a movie theater. The views are fantastic! The cabin was very comfortable and cozy for all of us with plenty of room and seating areas. I never saw a kitchen as well equipped at this one; plenty of plates, casseroles, wine glasses and small appliances! It is the perfect place for family reunions, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. The owners were wonderful to work with and easily reachable. Our deposit was refunded in just a couple of days. We are already planning our next trip to the mountains!! Can not wait to go back.
Our family spent a week in this amazing cabin. We booked the cabin before the updates were done with some hesitation and ohh my god… I'm glad we did! The cabin was better than expected. There was plenty of room for everyone, the teenagers enjoyed the foosball, arcade, pool table and the hot tub while the little ones spent hours outside playing on the playground and running outside. The adults enjoyed the sunsets and the views outside every day while sipping wine. As a family we enjoyed the movie theater (those reclining chairs are so comfy!) and of course the fire pit. We made smores almost every night and chatted for hours. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of space for everyone to sit during our meals. The cabin is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The bedrooms have their own TV and plenty of closet space. My sister stayed in the small cabin with her husband and her two new babies, they enjoyed the privacy. The babies didn’t get bothered by the rest of the family during their naps and sleeping time so that was a big plus for them. We enjoyed Geppeto’s Italian restaurant and shopped at the Dollar Store for the basics which are just a mile away. The cabin is very close to the back entrance of the National Park which I highly recommend to visit. We had an amazing vacation, we zipped lines, hiked, and enjoyed tubing at the "River Rat.” We will definitely be back to this cabin next time we visit the mountains.

About the Owner/Manager

Our names are Mayte and Antonio Asun, both born in Madrid, Spain. Antonio has lived in the USA since 1986 and I relocated in 1995 after we met and got married. Since then, we had three kids and bought our first vacation home in 2002. We quickly understood how important building memories with family and friends is, and decided to become experts in the vacation rental business. Since that time, we have added many more vacation rental properties to our portfolio. We continue to assist others in building memories with properties that are beautifully decorated, well maintained and located in captivating places with the same passion we started our first vacation adventures back in 2002. We hope to see you in one of our properties very soon!
