My husband and I went for our honeymoon. We were truly blown away. Everything you need is right there in the cabin to the point of you hardly having to leave at all. We had a very stressful time wedding planning so it was very needed and beyond perfect. There isn't anything we could complain about and we will definitely be back. The indoor pool and the two hot tubs ( one inside, one outside) gave us all of the wind down time and relaxation we were long over due for . We enjoyed it so much we hardly left the cabin and by no means ever felt bored or like we had missed out on the "tourists" things. The view was great. Watching the leaves change day to day right before our eyes was so cool! The difference in the colors from our first day we arrived to the day we left- breathtaking! Mr. Dwayne was very helpful and answered all emails and questions we had. They are great people and great cabins! Brittney J.
Just arrived home from our 6-night stay at Swim-n-Bear. I was here for Spring Break with my husband and two daughters, ages 6 and 7. This cabin was absolutely everything I hoped it would be for my first visit to the Smoky Mountains. You can trust the photos, it is exactly as pictured! As soon as we walked into the cabin, I immediately noticed how clean it was, which was important to me. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and wish we could have spent more time in it. Didn't get to use the sauna, but my husband said it was nice and worked perfectly. The hot tub was amazing, hot, and the views were great, especially at dusk. Even though the cabin is sort of in a "subdivision" of cabins, you cannot see the others from your decks unless you go all the way to the edge, so it feels very private. We cooked a few meals in the cabin and everything basic I needed was there. Brittany G
My husband and I stayed here with our 22-month-old son and totally enjoyed our stay! We were worried as we pulled into the location as the cabins were very close together. However, as we approached Swim N' Bear, we were happy that it was spaced a little further from the other cabins from what we had seen driving up to it. The swimming pool was perfect for our family and I loved the balcony outside of the bedroom with the lounge chairs looking out at the mountainside. During our stay, we enjoyed taking our son to Ober Gatlinburg to ride the tram and see the bears. Kristy T.
The only problem we had is that we wished we could stay forever. With all the amenities you don't even have to leave to cabin! We really enjoyed having our own indoor private swimming pool. If your at a hotel they are so crowded you don't really want to relax and swim. We loved the hot tub; it was so relaxing laying in it and listening to nature. It was a perfect get away for our 15 anniversary. Mindy M.
