The inside is just as impressive as the outdoor setting! Kitchen has all the meal preparation supplies you’ll need - Plus a full size Fridge, Stove & Sink, Microwave and Coffee Maker! The gas corner fireplace will keep your spirits toasty warm during cool months. Dining table seats 6
Sleeping arrangement: Two bedrooms on the main floor; one with Queen bed and one with Double bed. The Loft has one Double bed and three Twin beds.
Our Copper Hill Resort cabins are the closest cabins to the Ocoee Whitewater Center. This is the site of the US’s only Olympic Whitewater Rafting course on the Ocoee River. Two of the most unique experiences are a scenic 4 hour rail excursion that loops from Blue Ridge, Ga Train Depot to Copperhill/McCaysville. Or, ride thru the scenic Hiwassee Gorge to the Historic Bald Mountain on the Hiwassee River Rail.
Since you book directly with us, (the owners Everett and Lesa) we can answer any questions or help you plan your complete Eastern Tennessee vacation filled with memories for all ages. Kids love the nearly Old Fashioned Drive-In theater!
Total enjoyment and relaxation is calling! In fact, we built these cabins with “escape” and “good old-fashioned Southern hospitality” in mind. Sink into a rocker or the hot tub on the wide covered porch and enjoy your private mountain cabin, or play horseshoes, volleyball, or roast marshmallows over the campfire. It wouldn’t be cabin time without firing up the Gas BBQ Grill!
Attractions in the Ocoee Region are hard to pass up. Shop in nearby McCaysville and Blue Ridge, 2 small towns known for amazing antiques & mountain crafts. You can “bet” on a good time at the new casino in Murphy. Area lakes offer boating, jet-skiing, fishing and swimming: Lake Blue Ridge and Parksville Lake are guest favorites. Locals wait all year for the Music, Arts & Crafts Festival, and living like a local always includes a Zipline Tour, mountain biking, and a horseback ride up the mountains filled with spectacular views. Nightly rates at Cabin 1 sleeps 8 and ranges from $129 in the off season to $139.00 in peak season with a two or three night minimum stay.
Certain holidays may require a three-night minimum stay. A damage deposit of $125.00 is required to reserve the cabin. The full balance is due two weeks prior to the check-in date.
These rates do not include the 9.25% Tennessee Sales Tax or the 3% County Lodging Tax. An additional cleaning fee of $40.00 covers the length of your stay.
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. We do not charge for guests 2 years of age or younger.
The little cabin was perfect and is nicer than anything we’ve ever stayed in, including some really nice motels we’ve stayed in. Its like a tiny version of our home, so I guess that’s why we loved it so much. We hope to visit again soon. — Greg & Lisa, 2018

The property at Copperhill Country Cabins is absolutely terrific. The cabins are so comfortable and were perfect for our church group. The teenagers loved playing at the sand volleyball court and singing by the bonfire. The owners were so kind to provide paper products for all of our meals. Before we came, we had several questions which they answered by email – even after hours! Once we arrived back home, one of our teens discovered he had left his flashlight. The owners not only found it, but mailed it back to him! They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of fantastic!
