The Kayaker Tent at the Cabins at The Cabins at Copperhill Resort is one of three luxury glamping tents settled between the trees on eight private acres in the wooded hills of eastern Tennessee.
These tents can be reserved individually for a remote couples getaway, as a group of three, or in conjunction with our other cabins and lodge to accommodate groups of up to 37 at a time.
The Kayaker Tent is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a comfortable sofa, a small dining table for two and a kitchenette with dishes, flatware, coffee mugs and a coffee machine.
The connected 16-foot by eight-foot open-air deck is equipped with Adirondack lounge chairs and has a quiet, forest view — ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine after dinner.
This tent is located just a short walk from our main lodge, where you can find the heated bath facilities, as well as a shared TV and game room. Two large fire pits are available nearby!
The Cabins at Copperhill welcomes travel groups to our boutique resort grounds for reunions, corporate retreats, wedding parties and other events both large and small. Our remote and scenic acreage is a great place to host your getaway and makes for stunning photographs. Plan your rustic country or boho wedding on our quiet site in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just minutes from the Ocoee River, and enjoy convenient extras such as event tent rentals and a high-end audio system. The Cabins at Copperhill resort enjoys a remote location in rural Tennessee, surrounded by rolling hills and scenic woodlands. Enjoy the quiet view from your private porch, or take a leisurely stroll on the grounds. We even have a small fishing pond that is open for guest use.
Our cabins, lodge and glamping tents are also close to attractions and outdoor adventure activities based in Ocoee, TN, and other surrounding towns. Our guests commonly take day trips off-site to try out hiking, biking and horseback riding along the local trail systems.
Other unique attractions nearby include whitewater rafting on the Ocoee River, historic train rides on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, zipline aerial tours, and agritourism in the form of a quaint apple orchard, and several small wineries and breweries.
There’s also an old-fashioned drive-in theater and a new local casino!
