The Breezeway is a very private estate style vacation rental in Gatlinburg. This Gatlinburg cabin sits at the end of a dead-end street! The 2 large patios and a covered breezeway that leads to the guest house are a real treat for those looking for lots of room for their family reunion! It’s also ideal for weddings, business meetings and groups visiting or participating in Rocky Top Sports World events (just a 10 minute drive).
Inside, guests can enjoy the spacious accommodations; Netflix instant streaming movies and high speed Internet. Go from streaming to steaming in the Sauna! A gourmet kitchen with indoor stone grill will be a treat for the camp cook.
Sleeping arrangement: Main House features 5 Bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Queens and 2 Bunk Beds). 4 full baths and 2 half baths. Main house main level has a master bedroom and full bath - next to that is a small room that includes a euro-bed that opens up to a full size bed. Lower level, master bedroom and full bath - next to that is a small room that includes a euro-bed that opens up to a full sized bed plus a set of twin bunk beds. 2 more bedrooms (with queens) share a full bath. The guest house has a master bedroom with king and full bath plus another full bath and sofa bed in the main living area.
The bonus room is packed with games for all-age: Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong Table, Ms. Pac-man, Galaga, Poker Table, Play station 4. The unique amenities extend outside on to the outdoor basketball court with play area for kids that includes Corn Hole Boards. So many amenities you may never want to leave!

The property was breath taking. You could tell it was custom built and gave a feel of a hollywood movie star era. The views were spectacular and we as a family feel it will be our destination spot for years to come. Each year it is a annual tradition for me to spend time with my children and grandchildren.
