In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges.
Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. Omg y'all listen I almost want to cry as I leave this review because I book a cabin with them through Hopper for my birthday well two days before my trip a horrible storm came through and a tree fell on the cabin Y'all they called me immediately and emailed me more cabins I was so devastated because I really wanted that cabin so I just chose angel eye view thinking it wasn't going to give me cabin vibes and the birthday vibes I wanted but boy was I wrong this cabin was everything I imagined and more it was actually better then the cabin I had chosen the hot tub was amazing the view was amazing how hug the house is pulling up was amazing everything was just so amazing me and my fiance were really satisfied it was close so so many attractions they had everything we needed far as house appliances etc this was literally the best birthday ever because of this cabin i have 0 complaints and i definitely will be trying to book again for the winter thanks cabins for you for the best birthday ever.
