The cabin has all the conveniences you need for a great stay, including a 65-inch smart TV in the living room — plus a smart TV and a fireplace in each bedroom! The washer/dryer is great for longer stays with a group, and the high-speed wireless internet will be much appreciated by everyone.

When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
This cabin is very very nice! It was new when my family rented it. It still had the new smell! It’s huge and can accommodate a huge amount of people. It is very high up and the views are beautiful! I made a video tour of the cabin for my YouTube page. Just google Bigger Bear Views Lodge, it should be the first video you see.
The Bigger Bear View Lodge is a Beautiful cabin. The staff at Cabins For You does an Amazing job making sure guest have the full experience of the cabin, yet making it feel like your home! The staff was also very professional and attentive to all our needs for the stay. The cabin was well stocked with every essential you will need while staying there, it was very clean and close to many adventures of Gatlinburg.
The property was immaculate with new furnishings and beautiful interior. The layout was spacious and very conducive to getting that needed alone time during the day. The location was very convenient for getting to and from downtown Gatlinburg with ease. The view from property was absolutely stunning, especially at night. In regard to the support staff, their assistance was very needed as I had trouble with keyless entry. I was able to get assistance in the phone within minutes to fix the issue. Overall, great experience and look forward to coming back to this property.
The cabin we stayed at had an amazing view, and the cabin was fabulous with lots of room, things to do! Lots of room for our family and extended family! Wonderful family vacation, can’t wait to go back.
