When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges.
Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.

Beautiful and clean with plenty of room for family or group. Large, stocked kitchen. Nice King size beds and two bunkbeds. Lots of bathrooms, washer and dryer, hottub, Porch and outside sitting area with fireplace as well as a grill. Awesome theater room with large screen TV w/many streaming platforms and games. And the best part is location, directly across the street from Dollywood. We enjoyed our stay.
Our family just returned home from staying in Dolly’s Cabin. It was a wonderful experience! The cabin was immaculate when we arrived, looking brand new. It is across from the parking lot at Dollywood but we never had a problem getting out on the road. There were 10 adults and 2 children (nine months, 4 years old). We had plenty of room. We spent time on the screened in porch and it was very cool being in the shade. The hot tub worked beautifully as did the grill. We watched movies in the theater room and there were tvs in every room also. Our grown sons enjoyed air hockey and the driving game. We were able to see the fireworks from Dollywood each night. We will definitely come back and stay in Dolly’s cabin. I think it would be gorgeous in the Fall.
Our family stay at Dolly's Cabin was AWESOME! Dollywood across the street was easily accessed and great getting there and back quickly so that we could enjoy our cabin. The cabin is BEAUTIFUL! The pictures really do not do the cabin justice. The beds are so comfortable with comfy bedding. We did not have to take quilts off of the beds because there was so many extra velvet blankets to use while watching tv or just hanging out. The kitchen was equipped with top of the line appliances as well as everything we needed to cook our family meals. The cookware, bakeware, silverware, dishes, etc was in excellent condition and oh so plentiful. There was even a crockpot, waffle maker, extra toaster, professional mixer with mixing bowl and so much more. The cabin and everything in it was so clean that it was as though we were the first guest to stay in a new cabin. The yard, screened in porch, back deck and hot tub were great to have and definitely enjoyed. On our second night the ones in the hottub heard what they thought was a bear. And then a couple of hours later said bear had opened 1 door on all 3 vehicles and left a few bear paw prints inside as well as 1 full print on the outside of one vehicle. It was exciting and scary at the same time. We will definitely stay at Dolly's Cabin again.
