When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
My friends and i took a trip to TN last year September . Splash N Views was amazing , the cabin was perfect for the size of my group and the pool made the cabin even better . I currently just booked another cabin with Cabins for You for our trip this year . I was so pleased, I will not use another cabin rental agency in the area . I personally feel that Cabins for You prices are the best in the area.
The stay was absolutely wonderful! Perfect view, the Cabin was awesome - very clean - all the supplies you need for cooking were available - even though they recommend bringing extra toiletries they provide plenty. We had a great time - the Hot Tub was already warming when we got there, the pool and jacuzzi were exquisite - entering the cabin was a breeze - although we had a little trouble getting to the cabin we found it - but we are not mountain drivers at all. I highly recommend staying here.
My family and I stayed at the splash n' view cabin and loved it. We we're wowed by all the commodities in the cabin. My 4yr old and 15yr old really enjoyed the private pool. Couldn't have asked for more during this Covid crisis. We would definitely be returning, if anything they need to upgrade their grills.
Beautiful cabin with gorgeous views. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Pool was wonderful, as well as the hot tub. Grandchildren loved the arcade game and air hockey table. Staff was courteous and professional when I called about changing the door code. This cabin was close to Gatlinburg and all its attractions. We had a great vacation here and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone, especially if you plan to bring children because they were endlessly entertained.
