As you arrive up the paved, steep driveway (after only 0.6 miles of gravel) at Timber Toy, the gorgeous log exterior and spacious deck with beautiful wooded, valley, and mountain views will invite you to begin your leisurely vacation. Featuring only 2 steps into the cabin and a paved parking area for 2 vehicles, heading to and from town will be a breeze. And don’t forget to gaze at the rolling green hills and passing wildlife from the cushioned bench, fire up the charcoal grill for a barbecue party, and soak away all your worries and cares in the outdoor hot tub!

When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
This is our second time using this company for our weekend getaway. The cabin we chose was even better than we expected. It was very clean and had many things to do. We loved how it had the theatre, game room and hot tub. There were things to keep everyone occupied. We all had a great trip and will definitely be using Cabins For You again, as well as referring family and friends.
We loved the timber toy cabin it was perfect for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater room. It was close enough to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We got to enjoy making breakfast and looking out at an amazing view! We spent most of afternoons in the city and hiking and it was nice to come back and sit on the deck drinking wine or hot cider.
Great cabin that has everything. Really no issues. The best part is by far the movie theater. Step outside and press play to get the blu ray to play! Overall, just an excellent cabin and at the bottom of the mountain. Easy access to town except the steep driveway. I would suggest four wheel drive in the winter. Highly recommend for the price.
My family and I found this to be a wonderful cabin. It had everything you needed for a nice relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the game room down stairs. There were a lot of board games to enjoy also. We would definitely stay here again.
