The Smoky Mountains is a wonderful place and we enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It’s definitely room with a view . The cabin was spacious and very comfortable. Perfect for us to relax after a long flight. My only one negative comment is the lack of hair dryers.
We've spent many vacations in the Smokies and have stayed at your properties most of those visits. We were very happy with the view, particularly at sunset! The parking and driveway area was spacious enough to park two vehicles and yet have plenty of room for the kids to play the outdoor games. The house is roomy and we never felt cramped. The game room was a hit. (Suggestion: keep the shuffleboard table supplied with wax -we had to buy some to use it.) The kitchen was the best equipped one we've had, including newer cookware, crockpot, blender, ice maker and every needed gadget. Our late check in went very smoothly. The kids also enjoyed the horseback riding tickets, courtesy of Mountain Rentals. The living room furniture looked newer and was comfy. Our whole group had a great time!
This is our third stay with Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg, and it was the best yet! Our Chalet (house) was roomy, very attractive, and, comfortable. I love the location (almost equidistant between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge), so it was close to everything! The View was awesome. We enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. We will definitely be back!
All in all the stay was wonderful. I would suggest updating the televisions and maybe some softer beds. However, we did a lot of shopping and exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so we did not spend a lot of time in the cabin. We love Tennessee and would definitely rent from Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg again.
