Inside, Big Bear 2 opens onto a spacious sitting room with cozy furniture arranged around a custom river rock fireplace. Enjoy a crackling fire and movies on the home entertainment center — all nestled under high exposed-beam ceilings with large windows all around.
The bedrooms at Big Bear 2 also feature large windows, and a private natural view. The rooms are furnished with two king-sized beds and four queen-sized beds. There are also two sets of bunks beds in the lower-level game room, and a sleeper sofa in the main living room.
Aside from excellent base amenities — such as the fully equipped modern kitchen and the laundry facilities — Big Bear 2 has some unique luxury amenities that take your Smoky Mountain vacation to the next level. This Gatlinburg cabin has a private deck with two charcoal grills, a hot tub and a porch swing. The game room on the lower floor has theater-style seats for movie nights and a pool table. You’ll also have access to a heated outdoor community pool.

Loved being able to find a place big enough for my loved ones to stay with us while we got married in the beautiful area of Gatlinburg. Loved the comfort and peacefulness of the area. Can't wait to visit again.
We rented this cabin for Thanksgiving and it was a great location, tons of parking (flat parking!) and had lots of space. The set up inside was a little tough with rowdy toddlers (two sets of stairs, large stone hearth that connects to stairs, pool table balls and glass doors) but overall it was really a great rental for the price and space it provided.
My family and my husband's family stayed in Big Bear in preparation for our wedding in Gatlinburg, TN. We all LOVED the cabin and thought it was perfect for us. The decor and furniture fit the cabin perfectly and added special touches all over. The big nice fireplace also made for some great wedding pictures! The only problem we had was with the hot tub, which for some reason kept kicking the breaker and wouldn't stay on. We called the number that was posted on the fridge in the kitchen at like 9 o'clock at night and 30 minutes later a repairman was there! The service was excellent, but unfortunately it happened again the next night. We told them before we checked out and they are supposed to be getting it fixed before our next stay! I would recommend this cabin to anyone!
My experience was excellent: the staff was top notch and the cabin was way more than expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Our week at the Big Bear cabin was very enjoyable. Our family and my cousin's family vacationed together; with all the kids, there were 16 of us. The cabin worked out very well for accommodating us and we had a great time together! The only issue was with the A/C freezing up, but the maintenance staff responded quickly to address that.
