The condo was very nice. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating with a table and rocking chairs. Very quiet and the only time I knew anyone else was around was when I was out on the balcony. You are very close to everything on the parkway with easy access to grocery stores. The only issue I encountered was the tile in the bathroom shower could have been cleaner. The grout had some mold/mildew on floor and sides. Overall a very nice condo and perfect location to enjoy all activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
