If you are looking for a moderate hike that goes by a waterfall, we recommend Abrams Falls! Mt. Leconte is a more extreme hike - just shy of 6,600 feet with some of the best views in the entire park.

We loved the cabin, spent most of our time there. Very cozy, beautiful view of the mountains.. do wish it was a little more secluded. The only real complaint would be the stairs inside are very steep, and were a bit of a pain to get up and down. Easier to walk around the outside of the cabin to get down stairs. Would recommend to any couple that needs a few days or even a week away!! :)
Beautiful cabin! Nice and clean with an awesome view of the Smokies!! We have used Jackson homes before , love this area and Jackson homes service. This place is truly an understatement and hidden gem! It was off the beaten path from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg, but literally a short drive to everything! The cabin itself was neat, clean, and decorated nicely without bears on everything. We didn't have to climb stairs to get in and out of the cabin, which was great for loading and unloading. The unit was stocked with everything we could possibly need to cook in and do laundry. The hot tub on the deck was my favorite after a long day of hiking/sightseeing! Most importantly, the views are simply stunning...breathtaking actually. This rental was worth every penny!
We loved, loved, loved this cabin in the mountains. It had a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains. We tried to eat breakfast every morning on the top outside deck while taking in the view and fresh air. The cabin was clean with very comfortable furniture inside. The kitchen was fully stocked for someone wanting to cook. Although you couldn’t see the creek from our cabin, you could hear the running water from the deck. Even though we could see another cabin when outside, we felt it was very private and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
