Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom at Heartland house is located on the main level, with a king bed, a twin daybed and a trundle. Two guest rooms on the upper level have a queen bed and twin-under-twin trundles in each. On the lower level there is a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds.
Your private boat dock on Norris Lake is just 100 steps from the back door at Heartland House! This upscale cottage rental is perfect for hosting boat outings, cookouts by the lake’s edge, or yard parties with some light fishing and swimming. The dock is covered to protect your watercraft, and offers two sides where you can tie up a boat.
The dock’s “party pad” has a picnic table and a sun canopy. We also provide a commercial ice machine in the garage so you can load up the coolers for picnics and boat rides!
Unlike some of the homes on Norris Lake, Heartland house is an easily accessible vacation rental, making it easy to make supply runs in the nearby towns. This home is just five minutes away from the nearest public marina, and less than 15 minutes by car from grocery stores, a Walmart, and both fast food stops and family-style dining.
You can also head out across the lake and be at the famous Bubba Brews within 10 minutes!
