The Norris Lake Cabin Rental team was great. They were helpful before our stay and very responsive during our stay. The telephone and Wi-Fi did not work upon arrival. The staff at the office were very responsive and offered options in case the repair could not be made. Ultimately, the cable provider went above and beyond expectations and repaired the phone lines. We could not have expected any better service from the staff. The fire pit, outside deck and lower level game room provided us with many options for us to spend family time and enjoy the weekend. Our family had a wonderful stay at Heaven Sent. It had plenty of space to accommodate our big family, and the cabin was well appointed. We could "connect" or "dis-connect" depending on our mood for the day, and really enjoyed the decks and dock.
