This 3100 sq. ft. Norris Lake vacation rental near Hickory Star Marina is the envy of the lake! Easy access lakefront, large swim platform with ladder, 2 boat slips are covered and 1 is uncovered, firepit down by the dock overlooking the lake. Guests have enjoyed many lakeside fish frys: Maybe brown and rainbow trout, small and largemouth bass, walleye, and crappie will be on your menu!

Come on in! The main floor has an open kitchen & dining room, centered around the fireplace. Kitchen has additional bar seating. The lower level family room has a sectional sofa and satellite TV.

Sleeping arrangement: Queen bed and 2 bunk beds plus a queen size trundle. Sleeps 12 over the age of 8. 6 additional kids are ok.

Unique Features

Hurricane Hideaway is located just off main channel and has a bunk house for the teens! The main house has an overhead loft area with tv, couch and desk - a favorite spot for the kids. Lots of deck space for all the guests to relax on and watch the quiet cove.

Things To Do

Just outside of our private cove is the large body of Norris Lake - where the mountains meet the water. Once you’ve boated next to the majestic mountains and lush valleys of East Tennessee, no other lake will do. Take several days and navigate 50 miles of islands, crawl through caves, hike up cliffs, stop at nature’s best beaches and wade in gradual sloping shorelines. With 809 miles of shoreline, you’ll never run out of places to splash or fish in.

Keep your feet dry and grab a hiking stick; The Norris Dam State Park provides trail systems that skirt the shore of Norris Lake. Locals TIP for hikers, runners, mountain bikers: The Norris Watershed Trails are a favorite!

Stay and play in New Tazewell. Gals can get a message at the Tennessee`s Day Spa and guys can get a birdie at the Woodlake Golf course. The museum of Appalachia is a a living history museum and a Smithsonian Affiliate museum. If you haven’t been here yet, put it on your bucket list - you can roam 65 picturesque acres and experience a recreated Appalachian community with log cabins, barns, farm animals. Their restaurant specializes in Southern Appalachian country cooking - YUM.

We are a local family owner Property management company located in New Tazewell. We are Native Ohioians who like many others fell in Love with Norris Lake and took a leap of faith and moved here in 2005. We love what we do and the people we meet.
