The lower level has a family room with tv/directv and 3 bedrooms. 1 queen with bathroom just outside the door on one side of the family room and a queen with jack n jill bath to a bunk room with 2 double bunks beds for the kids. There is also a sleeper sofa in the family room. The lower unit walks out to the lower deck. This home also features an outside shower to rince off before entering the house.
