7th Heaven is a three-bedroom (2 bedrooms downstairs with a loft bedroom upstairs), modern A-frame vacation rental set on a private lot with a large, level yard. The side of the house is sheltered by tall trees to it's West. The partially-covered wrap around deck takes in all the lake and mountain views this home has to offer. It has one of the flattest yards available to rent on the lake. There is plenty of off street parking for your cars and boat trailer. An accessible ramp leads to the furnished deck for those who cannot handle steps into a home. On the deck you will find lots of lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and a hot tub. The YouTube movie was before the last refurb of furniture and wood flooring. Almost all pictures in the slideshow are very recent.
Inside, this lakeside escape features a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining that includes the lake views. The living room is finished with hardwood floors, an electric fireplace and a large, flat-screen TV. This open space has floor-to-ceiling windows so you can enjoy a calming view of water, grass and sky. The oval dining table has seats for up to six guests. There are 2 private bedrooms on the main level, both with bathrooms near each. The loft, although has no closed doors offers an ample sleeping and sitting room with queen bed and, of course, long range views of Douglas Lake.
This lakefront getaway sits on a private point jutting into Douglas Lake, with water on three sides of the house. The flat yard makes it and easy walk to the lake access and docks. Even though docks are not always private as the owner uses one of them, there is lots of dock space. When the lake is up for the peak season, it has a gentle slope concrete launch.
Run and play on the grass, or spend an evening relaxing under the stars, with a therapeutic soak in the hot tub. The fire pit sits on the point that boasts the widest spot on the lake. A large marina can also be found nearby at Dandridge Point. There is also a large Free TVA boat launch that is open year round and is about 2 miles, by water, from the home.
7th heaven is located approximately 45 minutes by car from Pigeon Forge and the nearest Smoky Mountain National Park Entrance in Cosby, TN. It is under an hour from Gatlinburg and the main entrance to the park where visitors will find hundreds of local attractions and unique dining experiences from Sevierville to Gatlinburg.
Area attractions include: Dollywood, Ripleys Museum and Aquarium, The Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, raft trips, dinner shows, ziplines and horseback riding. There is so much to do that you will have to decide what not to do.
It is located in Dandridge, a quaint town with shops and historic buildings. Food City is the nearest major grocer.

My family stayed at 7th Heaven this past weekend and we had an amazing time. We do not own a boat and we didn't come to fish, although it seems perfect for both. We celebrated our daughter's birthday, swam and floated in the lake, enjoyed the hot tub and relaxed. We would love to come back and spend a week! Pam Burke
