Endless Summer is situated at the end of a long, private drive, surrounded by an endless green, manicured lawn and covered by an endlessly blue sky. This modern, lakefront cabin sits on a grassy knoll, with a gently sloping yard that leads to the edge of Douglas Lake. The private drive continues around the home to a wide, paved parking area on the lake-facing side, perfect for boats, trailers and extra vehicles.
Inside, the main level is composed of a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room, painted a calming blue-green and connected by a dining area with a table and chairs for six. In the living room, a comfortable, lake-themed sofa and armchairs are gathered around a fireplace and a large-screen TV. Bedrooms are completely furnished with beds, linens and storage space, so guests can unpack and feel right at home for the duration of their stay. On the lower level, an open space serves as a recreation room with a card table, a pool table, additional lounge seating, a TV and sound system, books and games.
Sleeping arrangements: Each of Endless Summer’s three private bedrooms is equipped with a queen-sized bed, with an additional full-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a full-size futon in the recreation room.
This multifamily vacation getaway is bordered on three sides by lakeshore, with a built-in private dock perfect for fishing, swimming and boating. Easy lake access and ample parking space combined with privacy from the neighbors and a comfortable home with modern appliances offers guests a carefree, waterfront vacation. Endless Summer has an outdoor hot tub, which sits next to the house with a view of the lake — truly offering a splash of “summer” fun at any time of the year.
This beautiful, Tennessee lake house comes with wide open spaces, with lots of grassy space to run and play. On the lake-facing side of the house, one full side is devoted to two sections of deck space, allowing guests to sit in the sun or shade. This cottage offers an air-conditioned, all-season sun room, a covered screen porch, and an open sun deck. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a book, a sun beam and a lake breeze — or perhaps just the book and the view.
Endless Summer is close enough to enjoy The Great Smoky Mountains and action packed Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, both of which have hundreds of options for local shopping and unique dining experiences. Gatlinburg is a popular tourist destination with a wide variety of family entertainments and attractions, including a black bear habitat, downhill skiing, whitewater rafting, ice skating, go-karts and an arcade at the Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and Amusement Park, the Space Needle, the Guinness World of Records Museum, hourly dive shows at Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, and a selection of specialty arts and crafts shops.
In Pigeon Forge, visitors can take their pick from a variety of live entertainments and dinner shows. There are also unique regional attractions such as a participatory gemstone mining experience, scenic mountain trail rides at Bluff Mountain Adventures, and free tours and tastings at Mountain Valley Vineyards — not to mention the Elvis Museum, adventure golfing and an outlet mall. This conveniently placed Tennessee rental was built in close proximity to a public-access boat launch and three major marinas: Lighthouse Point Marina, Dandridge Point Marina and Mountain Cove. There are boat and equipment rentals nearby, as well as the “sportsman’s Disneyland” — Bass Pro Shops.

Nightly rates at Endless Summer run between $155 and $375 per night, with a minimum required stay of three nights during the majority of the year, and seven nights during the summer months. A damage waiver of $40 is required for booking.
When it comes to the best lodging in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, our rates are quite affordable. Easy to book. No extra Rates vary greatly from Month to Month and from Holiday to Holiday.

Great view of the lake. We enjoyed the sun room looking out over the lake. We fished caught some crappie and bass. We enjoyed sitting beside the fire pit and making s’mores the hot tub was great. It was a great place for a weekend getaway. The McGill Family

This home has everything! Whatever you need inside, it's here, and outside, "WOW." We saw many deer and turkeys! We also got some fishing in and caught 44 fish in 3 days. It was great! We swam, we ate, made s’mores, and sat by a campfire at this house! We also toured the town of Dandridge where we shopped at the antique shops. We jumped off cliffs along Douglas lake and caught trout right off the dock. Every day on the boat we saw deer! During our downtimes, we enjoyed playing games at the house. What a view! We loved the outside while it was warm, but really enjoyed the patio room during cold days and mornings. The kids loved the game room and all the games.
