What’s inside? 2 full kitchens (2 full-size refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens/ranges); 3 living rooms; foosball and air hockey tables in the game room; 3 flat screen TVs. From the lakefront to the hot tub on the deck - there are many levels of cabin time memories just waiting. The vaulted ceilings with large windows offer amazing views of the lake from every floor!
Sleeping arrangement: Amazing! 2 master suites with private bathrooms. Bedroom 1, 2, 3 and 6 each have 1 king; Bedroom 4 has 1 king, 1 bunk bed; Bedroom 5 has 1 queen; Bedroom 7 has 2 full-sized bunk beds; Bedrooms 8 and 9 each have 1 queen, 1 bunk bed. All with comfortable pillow top mattresses. 5 full bathrooms.
This is a great 4300 sq. ft. destination for summer vacations; Thanksgiving, Christmas and Holiday gatherings; corporate retreats; ladies retreats; Church Youth Group retreats, family reunions and more.
Enjoy the 2-story dock with covered boat slip, a swim platform & slide - easy access to Lake Norris's clear deep water - one of TVA's cleanest lakes and best kept secrets in East Tennessee. Adults will love relaxing on the lounge chairs on the upper dock deck - what a great view! Not only from the dock either; our 3 covered balconies with wicker and wrought iron furnishings offer a nice view of the lake and surrounding nature.
After an exciting day of water sports, choose your type of “unwind”. Grill out on one of three expansive decks, jump in the hot tub. Head inside to the game room.
Ventures nearby include the old grist mill and antique shopping, plenty of places to eat and pick up groceries, visit waterfalls, go horseback riding, or hike 8 trails near Norris Lake. There’s even a gated community pool a short walk away.
Since you book directly with us (Krista and Craig), we will make sure the whole process from the time of booking until the time you leave IS stress free. Want to rent a pontoon or ski boat? We can have a boat waiting at the dock, because Oasis Watersports is conveniently located 3 minutes away. Our dock has 3 boat slips (1 covered) so bring your own boat - we have parking for boat trailers in the upper parking lot. Ask us about the jumping bridge (a 1 minute boat ride).

We had such a great time on Lake Norris!! This house is perfect and equipped with everything you could possible need!! It's right on the lake with a great double decker dock and a slide. The walmart is only about 10 minutes and there is also a food lion. Great for a large family and people of all ages. Our group was 26 people ranging is ages from 8 months to 82. Great time and we'll be back for sure! Natalie S.
My family and I had a wonderful experience at Lake Norris. The Great Escape is a newly updated home with many amenities. We have stayed at other rentals on the lake and this was by far the best experience. We found the house and décor current and the two kitchens were well stocked. The Wifi was a must with our family. We enjoyed the hot tub and new double dock with slide that provided entertainment for all ages in our group. The dock with 3 slips was also a necessity for multiple boats as well as quick access to ski zones. We will definitely be booking this house again next year! Jackie
