Big Bear Lodge is what dreams are made of! This luxurious log cabin has five bedrooms and can sleep a whopping 26 guests. This makes it perfect for a reunion or multi-family vacation, as it has enough room for a small crowd! The decor and views are simply spectacular- once you stay here, you won't want to leave! Make sure to kick back on the porch and soak it all in for a while. Maybe literally- there is an outdoor hot tub that seats up to seven!
Once inside, you'll be wowed by the enormous windows in the great room that let you enjoy the Smokies even when indoors. There's plenty of room here for everyone to spread out and enjoy some spirited conversation or simply take in the views. Of course, there is also a TV and free Wi-Fi, so you do not have to give up the comforts of home. When you get hungry, make sure to whip up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen- there's plenty of room for several chefs.
There are five bedrooms on this property, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms on the lower level each have two sets of queen-sized bunk beds, and two bedrooms upstairs have king-sized beds. The primary suite is on the main floor and has a king-sized bed, jetted tub, and private deck entrance for late-night stargazing.
In addition to the extraordinary amount of bedrooms and living spaces, Big Bear Lodge also has a game room! Down here, you can gather a group of friends to play pool, air hockey, foosball, or arcade games, or watch a movie on the TV with a DVD player. Located conveniently on this level is the kitchenette, which is perfect for making snacks for game night or popping some popcorn!
This stunning vacation home is only a 15-minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg and all its attractions! Make sure to check out Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies if you like marine life, or see one of Ripley's many other attractions. Anakeesta is a beloved classic, with ziplining, mountain coasters, and more. See the Smokies from above on the Gatlinburg Skylift, or take the tram up at Ober Gatlinburg. No matter what you choose, there's sure to be an adventure!
If you'd like to find the perfect souvenir, make sure to see the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community. This 8-mile loop is filled with local artists' shops, galleries, and vendors galore. If your feet get tired (after all, 8 miles is a long way!) there is a trolley to take you around the shops.
Of course, you can't forget Dollywood! This amusement park is famous for a reason, so do not skip it. There are plenty of coasters, rides, and live events for the whole family here. No matter where you go, the Smoky Mountains are sure to have an adventure for you!

My friends and I had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful home last weekend. The house looks exactly as it does in the photos. The views are fantastic and the furnishings look exactly as pictured. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, plates, coffee mugs, silverware, serving dishes, mixing bowls and even a crock pot. We didn’t need to bring any extras. Thank you for our beautiful stay! It was perfect!
We absolutely loved our stay at Big Bear Lodge! The cabin is beautiful! It has tons of space, but still has such a cozy feel. We enjoyed the cabin with our children and grandchildren and everyone had a wonderful time! The kids loved the game room. The views are amazing, however it was partially blocked by overgrown trees. It could use some trimming to clear the view when on the deck. We loved the large dining area and spent a lot of time there. We eve spotted a bear climbing the hill outside the kitchen window! So exciting! We love Gatlinburg and would definitely love to stay at Big Bear Lodge again!
We loved our stay at this cabin. This cabin was very spacious!! The kids' rooms downstairs were perfect. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because the furniture is a little dated and the pool sticks were very worn-there was no chalk and we had to call the maintenance department for the arcade game. He did come quickly but the next day it went out again. Other than that it was a great time for our family of 13.
