Welcome to mountain paradise at the Fawn Cabin! Nestled within towering trees in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin’s wooden style really makes you ready to relax in nature as soon as you start walking through the front door.
The main space includes a dining table for 4. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, tableware, and appliances ranging from a fridge/freezer to a coffee maker. There’s a dishwasher available too. If you prefer cooking outdoors, there’s a charcoal grill ready to use.
The bedroom is furnished in the same comfortable, traditional cabin style as the rest of the home. From the king-size bed long-frame bed you will have a view of the pirch and the woods. You may even hear the hooting of owls as you fall asleep. One of the bedroom doors leads directly to the hot tub — how romantic is that?
A true cabin with a covered wraparound porch, it’s secluded enough to provide the utmost privacy, making it ideal for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway.
When you stay here you can enjoy the luxury of an outdoor hot tub and an indoor jetted bath. The hot tub is large enough for two, and its prime position on the porch lets you relish the surrounding woodlands.
The indoor tub is perfect for some “me” time, especially when you return after a day of skiing, golfing, or hiking.
Fawn Cabin is within the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Loop, an 8-mile trail of more than 100 galleries, studios, and craft shops offering everything from candles to quilts, pottery to paintings. It’s also just a 5-minute drive from the Gatlinburg Community Center, with a state-of-the-art fitness center where you can bowl, shoot pool or hoops, play racquetball, or swim in the indoor pool, just to name a few pursuits.
Just a few minutes further is downtown Gatlinburg, where you’ll find everything from mini gold to an aquarium to the state’s first pancake house. Come hike or bike at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. With over 800 miles of maintained trails ranging from short walks to strenuous hikes that may require some camping. Camping, fishing, picnicking, wildlife viewing, and auto touring are also popular activities.
Visit Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. Walk across the longest pedestrian sky bridge in North America. You can ride the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tram to a mountain of views and adventure.
