This two-story wooden cabin is tucked away among the trees providing its guests with peace and privacy and has plenty of room to spread out inside it's warm and earthy interior. You will have no problems settling right into the comfy seating in the main living area for a movie or to enjoy a book. If it is cold, you can even enjoy the gas fireplace while there.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything from a blender to a dishwasher and tableware. This makes it easy to cook up a delicious meal that will make everyone want to gather around the large farmhouse table. Whether it is for a meal or a few rounds of a board game, the table for eight has plenty of room to spread out. Afterwards, the covered main level porch welcomes the cabin’s guests to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The deck wraps around the front and both sides of the cabin for plenty of space to relax. The lower-level of the cabin provides direct access to the lower-level deck and bubbly hot tub. You might be able to hear the nearby creek from here.
There are two primary bedrooms, one on each floor. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV, plenty of storage space, and direct access to a full bathroom. The cabin also has two sleeper sofas — one on the lower-level of the cabin and one in the main living room area. There are a total of eight places to sleep at night, four spots on each floor. This set up allows for two small families renting the cabin together to each have their own level to sleep at night.
The covered porch can only be fully appreciated after spending some time on one of the rocking chairs or on the porch swing. There is even a picnic table out there perfect for enjoying hotdogs grilled up on the charcoal grill onsite.
The lower level of the cabin is host to a game room with a full-sized pool table, TV, and CD player. There is also a library of books and board games available for use in the game room. While there is plenty to do at the cabin, it is just a short walk to the heated community pool where there is one adult and one kiddy pool available.
This cabin is also ideal for the skiing enthusiast! It is only a 15-minute drive to Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Area. If you are looking for other types of attractions, a variety of restaurants, and plenty of shops, it is only a 5-minute drive to Gatlinburg.
Don’t forget to visit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! It is about 10 miles from the cabin to the tallest waterfall in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Ramsey Cascades, and many other beautiful must-see waterfalls.
